Privacy policy
This page explains what National Data & Records Registry collects when you order a property restriction report, how long we keep it, and who we share it with. Last updated July 29, 2026.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect the email address you provide, the property details you submit (street address, parcel number, community name), and order metadata (order ID, timestamps, order status). We collect a name only if you include one. We do not create accounts, and we do not ask for a password.
Property details are public record
A street address, a parcel number, and a community name are public-record identifiers, not sensitive personal data. The documents our research locates and cites are recorded public county records, the same ones anyone can look up directly at the county recorder.
Your IP address and browser
We store the IP address behind an order as a salted hash, not as the address itself. We do not retain the browser user-agent string.
How long we keep order records
Order records, including the email address and property details you submitted, are deleted 90 days after the order is placed. This deletion happens automatically inside the order system.
Who we share data with
We use a small set of service providers, each for one function:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and holds the order queue.
- Google, through Google Tag Manager and GA4, provides site analytics.
- Resend delivers report emails and order receipts.
- AI model providers, routed through OpenRouter, process property identifiers and the text of public-record documents during research. They do not see your email address or other contact details.
- A payment processor, once card payment is live, handles payment.
We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies
The site itself does not set cookies. Analytics cookies come from Google Tag Manager, which loads on every page.
