Terms of service
These terms cover the property restriction report sold on this site. Ordering a report means you agree to them.
The service
National Data & Records Registry researches the recorded restrictions on a single named property in Maricopa County, Arizona, compiled from public county records. The report is delivered as a PDF, and every finding in it is quoted from a recorded document and cited by recording number, page, and line. The price is $67 per property.
Delivery
We aim to deliver the report within 24 hours of order acceptance.
Not legal advice
The report is document research, not a legal opinion. Ordering or reading it does not create an attorney-client relationship. Where anything in the report differs from the recorded county documents, the recorded documents control.
No warranty
The report is provided as-is. Public records can be incomplete, misindexed, or wrong at the source, and that is outside our control. We do not warrant that the report is fit for any particular purpose, or that it is complete beyond what the citations it carries support.
Refunds
You get a full refund when we cannot research the property. That means the order ends in a documented not-answerable failure report, one that lists every search attempted. A delivered report is earned once it reaches you, even if it names gaps in the county's records, and it is not refundable at that point.
Liability
Our liability for any claim connected to a report is capped at the price you paid for it. We are not liable for consequential damages.
